How do you mitigate against the transmission of COVID?
Each property will be deep cleaned before your arrival, to stringent Covid-19 guidelines, for your peace of mind and safety. All touch points are sanitised and disinfectant cleaner spray are provided in both kitchens, for your use.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check in time is 4pm onwards, with check out at 10am. A later check out can be arranged in advance depending on the time of year and changeover schedules. Keys will be left for you in a secure safe box at the property.
What will I need to bring to make the most of the self-catering experience?
The only thing you’ll need to provide during your stay is your own groceries and any washing machine/dishwasher detergent you require. You’ll find everything else you need when you arrive, including household cleaning products, cloths and tea towels, fluffy bath towels, luxurious bed linen and complimentary toiletries, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Is there parking?
There is plenty of parking on Crail High Street and this is free to use. There is unreserved disabled parking right outside the properties.
Is there WiFi?
There is WiFi throughout which is free to use. Remember to tag us in your posts, you can find us on instagram @courtyardatcrail. Each apartment also has a smart TV, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts.
Are the apartments child-friendly?
Both properties are child-friendly, with a high chair, toddler tableware and a travel cot (available on request).
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately we do no permit pets in the properties.
What are the house rules?
Each property will be deep cleaned before your arrival, to stringent Covid-19 guidelines, for your peace of mind and safety. When you check out, please leave the apartment clean and tidy, with the kitchen as you found it and any rubbish deposited in the outdoor refuse bins. Our property management team will take care of everything else including laundering and cleaning the floors.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in either of the properties.
